Mental well-being is a very important part of the “We’d better shape up” project and worked for day 2 and 3.
The sea plays a very important role on mental health, so we headed to Tenby (a seaside town) with students, teachers and the schools’ well-being support officer.
Our guide, Harry, was amazing and we had time to start a “new national sport””: rolling over the hill!
On the other hand, the sense of belonging to a community was reinforced when walking around in the local area, at Kidwell and appreciating cultural heritage.
